In 2005, my wife Charlotte and I bought our first vacation home in Grand County. We were sold with just one visit, not even bothering to visit any other mountain town. Recognizing a gap in the market for high-quality property management, we established our own company. What began as a personal quest for better property management quickly transformed into a mission, driven by a passion for unparalleled service. Now, with 18 years under our belt, we stand as a testament to dedication, serving a community of contented homeowners and gratified rental guests.
As our journey evolved, so did our offerings. We’ve embarked on numerous renovation projects, ranging from fitting custom shelves to executing full-scale interior remodels, always prioritizing our clients’ visions. Recently, we’ve observed an emerging demand for quality exterior contracting services in our locale. Three decades ago, my career started as a kitchen, bathroom and deck contractor. Wanting to reconnect with my passion for building, I have decided to fill another gap our community needs.
With that, I am excited to introduce Mountain Safe Exteriors. I have assembled a skilled crew, comprising of seasoned professionals, each with over a decade of hands-on experience, aided by a designer with an uncanny ability to realize the exterior potential of any home. My experience in the United States Marine Corps instilled in me the indelible principle of never leaving anyone behind, a value that has resonated through every facet of my life.
