Their team replaced my old, drafty builder-grade windows with new upgraded Marvin windows – a perfect match for my HOA. In addition, I trusted their team to design an indoor/outdoor living space for me – taking out a small, old window in my living room and replacing the wall with a 15-foot wide bi-parting door from Marvin. There is no end with these guys on my window replacement project…because Mountain Safe Exteriors and their Manufacture stand by their product and service with a lifetime warranty. Start to finish, the process to have our windows replaced was smooth, easy, and pleasant. Step one/two, we met with Robert, the representative, at a home show and he came to the house and clearly explained the product, options, and recommendations, took preliminary measurements and provided a quote. (never once felt pressured). Step three, the “measuring guy” Lonnie, came out on a scheduled appointment and took precise measurements for the submission of the window build. He was so fast. In and out before I even realized he had measured the upstairs. Step four, got the call from Carrie that the windows were built and she worked out the installation date based on both of our availability, not just theirs. The siding is James Hardie brand that looks just like cedar wood, yet has an amazing Class A fire rating when tested in accordance with ASTM E84. You could put a blow torch on the siding for 90 minutes and still no fire…. Read More

We completely transformed our house with Mountain Safe! They replaced all of our windows and completely redid our siding – the whole process was practically seamless. Neil, TJ and their crew from the window team, Daniel, Omar and their crew from the siding team, and Dave the founder – all made sure our project got done perfectly, even with the surprises that came with a 120 year old house, and through the terrible cold and snowy weather. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Professional, efficient and I have amazing new windows. Neil and Gilberto led the project and explained every step to me. They covered my floors and furniture and installed my new windows in a snap. They cleaned everything when they were finished ( including my new windows!) and showed me how to use my new windows, which were a huge upgrade from the builder-grade windows I had. The Marvin windows are top quality and the whole team that installed them was top-notch! I would recommend Mountain Safe Exteriors to anyone who needs replacement windows and wants a fast, friendly and professional team to install them.

“My neighbor had referred Mountain Safe Interiors who did a beautiful job on all her windows. They were our 3rd quote we received for our window replacements They were up to 10k lower than the first quote and 7k lower than the 2nd. The first 2 quotes were very exhausting and high powered sales. Their plan is not to leave until you sign. Mtn Safe sent a very calm Representative, Woody. He just explained his product and the extras we were interested in. He also said our basement windows were in great shape and didn’t need replacements. Also suggested we turn our double windows into a large slider. We ordered wood frames on the inside with a wood stain that matched our existing decor. We added rubbed bronze hardware as well. “Without reservation, my all-time best of many home improvement projects has been our recent window replacement/enlargement/addition project with Mountain Safe Exteriors.
You know going in that construction projects are going to be invasive, but Ruben and Alberto were great! Polite and respectful of our home, yes, but the urgency was most impressive. We were amazed how much progress they had made with each pass through the main living space in our home. Scheduled for 3 days, installation complete in 2. they rocked!
The finish work was/is impeccable. The stucco repair on the outside, as well as the texture matching on the inside were perfect – True artisans!
All coordination was seamlessly handled by Project Manager Neil Horn – craftsmen, master electrician (who moved our breaker box and solar panel + outlets and light switches), through permits and inspections. Dave Thomas and his crew did a fabulous job coordinating the siding, window, and door replacement project with the deck contractor who was replacing three large decks, ensuring complete project success.
