The siding is James Hardie brand that looks just like cedar wood, yet has an amazing Class A fire rating when tested in accordance with ASTM E84. You could put a blow torch on the siding for 90 minutes and still no fire. Mountain Safe is certified by James Hardie for warranty purposes. Every single interior corner and every joint between siding and trim were caulked with fine lines and color matched caulk. True craftsmanship by the team!
The windows and doors are made by Marvin and are fiberglass exterior and wood interior. Way more insulation rating and sound insulation over our old windows. These also have the best warranty compared with other brands we shopped. The windows team trimmed them out beautifully!
