Mountain Safe Exteriors did an amazing job residing our house. It was definitely worth it. The new siding styles and the color combinations completely changed our house’s appearance and made it look like new. The entire team was incredibly friendly and always responded to our questions promptly. There is no end with these guys on my window replacement project…because Mountain Safe Exteriors and their Manufacture stand by their product and service with a lifetime warranty. Start to finish, the process to have our windows replaced was smooth, easy, and pleasant. Step one/two, we met with Robert, the representative, at a home show and he came to the house and clearly explained the product, options, and recommendations, took preliminary measurements and provided a quote. (never once felt pressured). Step three, the “measuring guy” Lonnie, came out on a scheduled appointment and took precise measurements for the submission of the window build. He was so fast. In and out before I even realized he had measured the upstairs. Step four, got the call from Carrie that the windows were built and she worked out the installation date based on both of our availability, not just theirs. Prior to this, Carrie kept me informed of the progress of the build. Step five, the most awesome installation team arrived (Neil – Project Manager, Shane – Installation Lead, Neil #2 – Installer). They were supper friendly, respectful, clean, efficient, communicative, and skilled). It should be noted, that Mountain Safe Exteriors keeps you informed every step of the way. I was never left wondering. I guess my only problem was that I had to pay for the new windows, but even that was less than I expected. – Peter
My experience with mountain safe exteriors has been excellent. I had new windows installed on the south side of my house and it has made a world of difference in the appearance of the front of my house. The two installers Shane and Neil were excellent with every step of the process including the cleanup. And Neil the project manager has been so helpful through all the different stages. We had Mountain safe exteriors give us a bid on our Badly damaged Siding from Hail last year. We were delighted with the proposal and set up the process for getting our home re-sided. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs and desires with the James Hardy siding selection. Within a matter of a few weeks, they had the Siding ordered and delivered to our property and a crew getting started with the work. Jon and Neil were very attentive and informative throughout the process, and we never had to guess what was going on. The crews very friendly and skilled in the installation. Two weeks later the job was completed on our 1500 square foot house. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Our house didn’t look this good even after we first built it. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Professional, efficient and I have amazing new windows. Neil and Gilberto led the project and explained every step to me. They covered my floors and furniture and installed my new windows in a snap. They cleaned everything when they were finished ( including my new windows!) and showed me how to use my new windows, which were a huge upgrade from the builder grade windows I had.
