2. Consultation
We offer a free in-home consultation. Let our experts walk the property with you and assess your windows, siding and roofing to learn more about your personal needs, aesthetic desires and budget. You can also visit our showroom in Greenwood Village and sit down with a designer where we can provide a free 3D rendering of your home. Our designer returns a near-realistic 3D image that offers room for manual adjustments and refinements. Our team can review windows, doors, siding and discuss accents such as masonry, stucco, custom decks and roofing
3. Measurement
Once the design is complete and contracts are finalized we schedule a full detailed measurement of your project. Mountain Safe Exteriors is responsible for the perfect fit of all of your new windows, doors and siding. When measurement is complete – the products are ordered.
Our customer concierge will be in communication with you to keep you informed about product arrival and schedule your job start date. Our team will acquire all necessary permits and post them prior to the job starting. Our product managers will make sure your home is prepared and protected prior to the start of the installation.
4. INSTALLATION
Things get exciting on installation day!
On day of install you are met by your personal project manager who will explain the process. For window installation, furniture will be moved, as appropriate, and runners, drop cloths and dust covers will be put in place to protect your furniture and floors. Our expert installers following the AAMA window installation guidelines for a perfect and professional fit every time.
Mountain Safe Exteriors can typically install up to ten windows a day and 5 squares of siding. This means most window projects can be completed in 2 – 5 business days and depending on size and scope most siding projects are finished within seven business days. Roofing can be completed in as little as a day.
When complete, our team will do a walk through with you to show you your new products and discuss the care, maintenance and warranty.
